PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a liner so as to make it flexible and to suppress the abrasion of the liner and a disk-like recording medium. SOLUTION: A disk cartridge 1 has a disk-like recording medium 4, a cartridge 7 which stores the disk-like recording medium 4 so that it can freely rotate and a non-woven liner 8 stuck to the inner face of the cartridge 7. Humidification and heating work is executed on the liner 8 after it is stuck to the inner face of the cartridge 7.
