PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech adjusting console capable of improving the accuracy of matching timing in level adjustment of speech signals to be edited at the time of editing them. SOLUTION: This speech adjusting console 190 has adjusting means 120-122 for varying speech signals Sa0-Sa2, and a synthesis means 130 for synthesizing the speech signals Sb0-Sb2 from the adjusting means 120-122. The adjusting means 120-122 are of the same configuration, and the adjusting means 120 comprises a varying means 120V for varying the speech signal Sa0, a switch means 120S for generating an instruction signal for instructing variation of the speech signal Sa0 by the varying means 120V, a storage and reproduction means 120M for storing and reproducing the instruction signal, a change-over means 120C for changing over the instruction signal from the switch means 120S to/from an instruction signal from the storage and reproduction means 120M and supplying it to the varying means 120V, and a reproduction speed control means 155 for controlling the supply speed of the speech signal Sa0. |
