ORAL SOLID PREPARATION

An oral solid preparation which has an even content of KRP-197, which is a remedy for frequent urination and urinary incontinence having anticholinergic activity selective for the bladder and is effective even in an extremely small amount. The preparation enables the remedy to be quantitatively administrated, and can be easily handled. Since KRP-197 becomes unstable to light by the influence of an additive, it is important to use additives selected so as to give a highly stable preparation. The preparation comprises KRP-197 and a support. Furthermore, by using polyvinylpyrrolidone as a binder to form tablets coated with a coating base comprising titanium oxide and iron sesquioxide, a preparation is provided which can be quantitatively administered and has excellent light stability.
