<p>Both desired carrier leak characteristics and desired intermodulation distortion characteristics of the digital modulation signal outputted from an output terminal are achieved depending on the measurement object. A first level-varying unit is provided between an amplifier and the output terminal. A second level-varying unit is provided between a baseband signal generator and a quadrature modulator. The attenuations of the first and the second level-varying units are adjusted to specified values, respectively, according to the output level of the digital modulation signal designated by an output-level designating unit and the results of the judgement by a judging unit.</p> |
