A housing (13) containing the mechanism comprising an axle (14) with winder spools (11) for pulling in the lines (5,6) is positioned between the two curved ends of the handle (1). The two winder spools are secured by splints (12) on the axle which is mounted by means of slide or ball bearings (9) in a heat- and wear-resistant bearing block (10). The lines are loosened from, and re-fastened on, the winder spools after undoing the lock (20) by means of the fastening-knob (23). The lines are guided over deflectors (7) and guide rollers (8).
