<p>The present invention relates to means for stabilising the vacuum level in a milking system during milking, comprising at least one teat cup (1), said teat cup being elongated and comprises a rigid shell (2) and a flexible liner (4) forming a pulsation space (6). The liner is connected to a flexible tube (12), which is provided with a coil spring (14) with a predetermined pre-load (c), for varying the length of said flexible tube (12) in response to vacuum variations in the teat cup (1).
