<p>Disclosed are compositions and methods for making and using these compositions that are related to the transduction of hematopoietic stem cells. Disclosed are lentiviral vectors capable of transducing purified populations of hematopoietic stem cells. The compositions and methods can be used for treating diseases related to blood disorders such as sickle cell and thalassemia.</p> |
