In order to create a vehicle with low-pressure pressure-sensitive tires (10) that has driving and braking capabilities on smooth surfaces, cleats (12) are distributed over the surface (11) of a vehicle's tires. These cleats have one or more channels (15) in the inside of the tire that connects to a device for generating low pressure. The cleats fit on the surface of a chain in a chain drive.
