The sensor (1) has a flat surface for direct contact with a measurement medium. The sensor surface has a nanostructured surface or deadening coating formed like the surface of a lotus leaf, which reduces adhesion. The sensor preferably does not have a protective sleeve. Preferably, the nanostructured layer or coating is made of ceramics or heat-resistant polymer, to withstand higher temperatures.
