An optical lens characterized by comprising a 1st optical member (2) including a 1st optical action unit (11) which acts on a light incident from a light emitting means (21) in the direction of an X-axis or a Y-axis, and a 2nd optical member (3) including a 2nd optical action unit (12) in which the 1st optical member (2) is buried and which has a curved surface on a light incidence side or a light emission side and acts on an incident light or an emitted light in the direction of an X-axis or a Y-axis. With the optical lens (1) like this, as an optical member with an optical action unit which acts on a light in the X-axis direction and an optical member with an optical action unit which acts on the light in the Y-axis direction can be individually provided, action values on the light can be accurately set for the respective components.
