<p>The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I) wherein: X represents a SO2 or CH2 group; R1 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkoxy, aryl aralkyl group or an alkyl group substituted or not with one or several halogen atoms, n is equal to 0, 1 or 2, and R2 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group, and their salt with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid. The invention also concerns the method for preparing said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as modulator of CaSR activity and as medicine particularly designed for treating diseases or physiological disorders involving modulation of CaSR activity.</p> |
