In a circuit driving a capacitive load (Cp), an electric current flowing through a transistor (Q3), a diode (D1) and a recovery coil (L) flows through lines (L1, L2), and the inductance components of the lines (L1, L2) cooperate with the capacitances between the drains and sources of transistors (Q1, Q2) to produce LC resonance. Unnecessary electromagnetic wave radiation in a frequency band influencing other electronic devices is suppressed by connecting capacitors (C1, C2) in parallel with the drains and sources of the transistors (Q1, Q2) to increase the total of capacitances between the drains and sources and thereby lower the resonance frequency.
|
