Sampling device comprises a capsule (2) that can easily be swallowed. The capsule comprises an inlet opening (18), an inner chamber (5) and an elastic valve (12). The opening is initially sealed by a plug (20) and opens at a predetermined position when the capsule contacts the body substances to be collected.
