The invented display card (10) of printed operating data consists of a preprinted form (12) having preprinted headers of individual data groups, arranged around an empty window (14). It further comprises a label (16) with operating data, whose shape corresponds to the shape of the empty window (14), and it further includes attaching means for attaching the label (16) to the empty window (14). The label (16) is provided with operating data of various groups, where this operating data are printed on the label (16) in an arrangement, corresponding to arrangement of the preprinted headers of the data groups in the form (12), whereby after attachment of the label (16) to the empty window (14) the preprinted headers of the data groups in the form (12) and the operating data on the label (16) are displayed in mutually separated arrangement, where next to each preprinted header of the data groups in the form (12) there are located corresponding operating data on the label (16). In the manner of making the display card the operating data are entered in the microcomputer, further data corresponding to entered operating data are printed out on the label, subsequently the label with printed data is attached to a predetermined portion of the form to thereby creating the display card of the printed operating data.
