The invented roller ski consists of a fundamental body (1) with a device for clamping a shoe and two roller axes (4, 6), which are fixedly coupled with end part of the fundamental body (1), and a disk, optionally a system of rollers (5, 7), being freely rotatably mounted on one of the axes (4, 6). On the other axis of this pair of roller axes (4, 6) of the invented roller ski there are freely rotatably mounted elongation's of at least one of rings (17, 19) of a shaft or a hub of at least one ratchet device of back rotation, whereby at least one of these rings (17, 19) rotating freely on this roller axis (4, 6) of the roller ski is fixedly coupled with the rollers (5, 7) optionally with the disk that is assigned to this roller ski roller axis (4, 6) and between the other of the ratchet device rings (17, 19) and the roller ski fundamental body (1) there is arranged a braking device.
