In the present invention there is disclosed a syringe comprising: a cylinder (21) having a first and a second holes (44, 45) at a first, respectively a second ends; a connecting passage (24') performed at the first hole (44), whereby this connecting passage (24') extends in the cylinder (21) axial direction; whereby in the cylinder (21) there is slidably mounted at least one separation stop (26; 103, 104) for formation of at least two chambers (28, 29) in said cylinder (21); and a piston (25) being introduced through the second hole (45). An elastic end separation stop (27) with a radial passage (27b) being connected with the connecting passage (24') is tightly inserted in the cylinder (21) at the first hole (44) thereof, whereby the elastic end separation stop (27) further comprises an axial passage (27d) extending in axial direction through the elastic end separation stop (27) and that is connected with the radial passage (27b). A rigid connecting part (30) for the syringe is tightly mounted in the elastic end separation stop (27) axial passage (27d).
