Production of catalysed steelworks slag and resin parts comprises mixing of steelworks crust and slag, for agglomeration and pressing, and resin painting

The production of catalysed steelworks slag and resin parts consists of grinding of the slag to max. 10 mm, and mixing (90:10 per cent by weight) with steelworks crust of the same fraction. Agglomerating resin and catalyst are added, for pressing of the resulting mixture in a steel mould at 375 kg/cm2>. The product is coated with resin-based paint after removal from the mould, and is a balancing component for machinery.
