In the present invention there is disclosed a low-voltage switchgear (2) for the output and/or distribution of electrical energy with current bus bars being arranged in a casing having the form of a housing (14), to which bus bars at least one appliance being provided with a switch arranged on a releasable plug-in element, whereby the current bus bars exhibit distribution boards (6a-6d) that are arranged in a system of bus bar ducts (8), whose electrical connection with the switches (17) located on the plug-in element is of plug-in type, and whereby the plug-in element exhibits a mounting plate (30) being arranged parallel to the housing rear wall, on which there is fastened a plug support (34) for mounting thereon plugs for load current, whereby the plug support (34) is mounted in swingable manner on the mounting plate (30). The support swings about a horizontal axis and can be mounted to the mounting plate (30) either in releasable manner or permanently and secured against loss. The plug support (34) can be provided with a clamping plate (58) for clamping a number of plugs for load current (54a-54d), further a base plate (60) being arranged on bottom side of the clamping plate (58) and an attachment element (64) arranged on the clamping plate (58) upper side and intended for mounting at least one fastener. On the base plate (60) of the plug support (34) there can be performed a guide-in strips (74a, 74b), whereby at least one guide-in strip (74a, 74b) can project over the clamping plate (58).
