In a method of expressing a blurring effect by operating a maximum frequency involved in image data of sampling frequency, a problem that first pixel becomes too dark when a cut-off coefficient k is small value and a problem occurring by unnatural blurring processing on the boundaries of pixels in which the k value abruptly changes are solved. The filtering processing is carried out after memory value of filter is set so that output value of the filter can be same as pixel value of input pixel data, where first pixel of each line is processed. And, the memory value of filter is set so that target output yt processed by filter parameter A2 becomes (y1 + y2) /2, in which y1 is output to filter parameter A1 before blurring processing and y2 is output to filter parameter A2 after the blur processing, where k value between pixels highly changes and unnatural condition possibly occurs. |
