Pharmaceutical aerosol preparation, process of its preparation and use

In the present invention there is described a pharmaceutical aerosol preparation containing (a) hydrofluoroalkane driving gas, (b) a pharmaceutically active polypeptide dispersible in the driving gas and (c) at least one surface-active agent being selected from a group comprising fatty acids containing 8 to 16 carbon atoms and salts thereof, salts of bile acids, phospholipids and alkyl saccharides, whereby said surface-active agent increases system absorption of the polypeptide in bottom section of breathing system. In the present invention there is further described a process for preparing such preparation as well as use thereof.
