The bag (1) is filled with a carrier substance (7) charged with heat or cold and mixed with a liquid substrate and a refrigerant. The substrate in the carrier substance is inserted into the bag free of air bubbles and sealed on the exterior. The initial substrate of the humic peat is homogenised, and fixed with a natural humidity content after its homogenisation with the cold carrier. The bag has a supporting side (2), and an outer side (9) giving off the charged heat or cold into the carrier substance.
