In the present invention there are disclosed HIV-protease inhibitors of the general formula I, in which the general symbols have specific meaning. These inhibitors can be used for treating AIDS, prevention and therapy of HIV infection and for inhibition of HIV-protease. These compounds are used in the form of pharmaceutical preparations, which are claimed in the present invention, too.
