PURPOSE: A door coupling device of an elevator is provided to prevent the transformation of a guide block when the guide block is injection-molded and reinforce the strength of the guide block. CONSTITUTION: A door coupling device includes a pair of coupling skates installed on a car door having a door operating part, opposite to each other at a gap for going in and out a locking part of a landing door in case of moving a car, operating to release the locking part by restricting the gap; an interlocking part including a guide block(100) moving within an interlocking section for releasing the locking part by the door operating part and a door opening and shutting section after the release of locking, a pinion rotated by being engaged with the guide block, and interlocked to operate the coupling skates in an interlocking section; and a restriction part restricting the guide block and the car door each other in the door opening and shutting section, wherein a reinforcement member(120) is integrally inserted into the inside of the guide block to prevent the transformation when injection-molding and reinforcing strength.
