PURPOSE: A shoes wiping device simultaneously implements a washing and a cleaning in a space, and by rotating a rotating body. Further, a dust and other alien materials generated during washing the shoes are collected. CONSTITUTION: A shoes wiping device comprises a base plate(2), a vertical moving mechanism, a washing/cleaning head, a moving device of the washing/cleaning head and a head driving device. The base plate(2) supports the shoes. The vertical moving mechanism has a pneumatic tube(3) to support the shoes or to remove a supporting force and moves the pneumatic tube(3), vertically. The washing/cleaning head moves in a case about the shoes. The moving device of the washing/cleaning head closely contacts and rotates the washing/cleaning head on the shoes. Thus, the precise washing and cleaning of shoes is implemented.
