METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIXABLE INSERT MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a fixable insert material is provided to simplify manufacturing process and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a fixable insert material(1) comprises applying a reactive adhesive agent(2) onto sections of the insert material(1), and then applying a melt adhesive powder(3). Particles(3.1) of the melt adhesive powder(3) coupled with the reactive adhesive agent(2) are inserted in the reactive adhesive agent(2), and an excessive particle(3.2) is preferably removed.
