PURPOSE: A system for converting Chinese for the Internet and an E-mail address network is provided to increase the use of the Internet by providing Chinese and E-mail address network and decreasing memory load and inconvenience of a client to English. CONSTITUTION: A WWW Chinese network function is used after connection(B1) or a Chinese E-mail program is used(B2). A user enters in a previously registered Chinese network(C1) or enters in a previously registered E-mail address(C2). A network data warehouse is set up(D1) or an E-mail information data warehouse is set up(D2). The user progresses to a data warehouse judgement(DB), and selects a pug-in method(E1) or the entrance of a data warehouse method(E2). It is judged whether inputted information is accurate(F). If inputted information is inaccurate, an information check is rejected(F1). If inputted information is accurate, accurate information is processes(G).
