PURPOSE: A fishing bait composition is provided to adjust the cohesion of the bait according to the feature of fishing place, and to prevent water from being contaminated by using vegetable materials. CONSTITUTION: A fishing bait composition comprises sesame dregs of 20-26 wt.%, parched soybean flour of 15-18 wt.%, parched barley flour of 13-16 wt.%, starch of 9-10 wt.%, arrowroot of 4-5 wt.%, corn flour of 17-21wt.%, wheat flour of 9-10 wt.%, parched peanut flour of 1-2 wt.%, charcoal powder of 1-2 wt.%, a very small amount of spice or pigment, and fibers extracted from the arrowroot. The charcoal powder serves to prevent water from being contaminated by its self purification ability. The sesame dregs, parched soybean flour, parched barley flour, starch having relatively strong smell serve to stimulate the sense of smell of fishes.
