WOOLEN YARN HAVING IMPROVED RESTORING FORCE AND PROCESS FOR PROCESSING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A process for preparing woolen yarn having high shrinkage, restoring force and glossiness by improving a yarn doubling process and a setting process of raw yarn is provided. Therefore a functional product having excellent shrinkage, restoring force and soft feeling, causing no shrinkage even after being washed with water and having high peeling resistance, a volume feeling and soft gloss is obtained by weaving using the woolen yarn. CONSTITUTION: The woolen yarn is processed by the following procedure: raw yarn(1) and filament yarn(2) are doubled with a S twisted yarn(hard twisted) and set at 65 to 75 deg.C for 25 to 35 min to form a first twisted raw yarn(3); two strands of the first twisted raw yarn are doubled with a Z twisted yarn and set at a temperature 15 deg.C higher than that of the first twisted setting for 25 to 35; and then yarn is dyed at 100deg.C under no tension.
