PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic animal oil and fat composition having masked disagreeable smell originated from the aquatic animal oil and fat and exhibiting excellent durability of the masking effect and smell-suppressing stability. SOLUTION: The objective composition is produced by adding 0.01-10 pts.wt. of ginger oil or a ginger-note flavor to 100 pts.wt. of an aquatic animal oil and fat.
