<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat incineration ash in order to suppress solubilities of various heavy metal substances to achieve its effective utilization by a method wherein unburned organic matter becoming a generation source of methane contained in the incineration ash (main ash and fly ash are contained) is removed, and decomposition and stabilizing treatment of dioxins are carried out. SOLUTION: An apparatus for treatment of incineration ash comprises a reception feed apparatus for transferred incineration ash; a dryer; a grinding apparatus; primary reaction equipment for carrying out a primary reaction process of heating dechlorination and thermal decomposition treatment of dioxins of pulverized dry incineration ash; secondary reaction equipment for carrying out a secondary reaction process of performing pulverization and decomposition of the incineration ash sent from the primary reaction equipment and stabilization and fixation of heavy metals or the like; bag-filling equipment for carrying out a measurement and bag-filling process of the incineration ash sent from the secondary reaction equipment; an exhaust gas treating equipment for carrying out an exhaust gas treating process such as dust collection, rapid cooling, adsorption, denitration, adsorption of the dioxins or the like of the exhaust gas; and rapid cooling equipment for feeding cooling water to a water cooled carrying conveyor 202 of the dryer and a water cooled carrying conveyor 407 of the primary reaction equipment.</p> |
