<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of piping without using any special regulating member or excavating a setting surface and attain the shortening of the term of works and the reduction in the cost of works. SOLUTION: A mounting device 3 for erecting a water conduit pipe 2 within a tunnel 1 for dam intake and discharge facility is formed of a lower frame 4 and an upper frame 5. The lower frame 4 is placed and fixed to the bottom 1a of the tunnel 1, piers 14 and 17 are mutually fitted to connect the upper frame 5 to the lower frame 5 in such a manner as to be capable of rising and falling, and a mount base 6 is temporarily placed on the upper frame 5. Thereafter, the conduit pipe 2 is carried onto the mount base 6, the upper frame 5 is raised and lowered by a jack 23 to vertically position the conduit pipe 2, and the mount base 6 is moved on. the upper frame 5 to horizontal position the conduit pipe 2. The piers 14 and 17 are then mutually welded in the respective positions, and the mount base 6 is welded to the upper frame 5.</p> |
