PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction of an exhaust gas smell in a car interior, a reduction of an evaporator contaminant, an enhancement of starting of a blowing-out air temperature in a car interior at a heater mode and a reduction of an introduction air damper while preventing a generation of fog on a windshield for vehicle. SOLUTION: A ventilation passage in a defroster duct 120 is partitioned to ventilation passages 123, 124 by a partition 120a. An external air introduced into a ventilation passage 108a and passing through the heater unit 105 is distributed to the ventilation passage 123 and is blown to a windshield of the vehicle. In contrast thereto, an internal air introduced into the ventilation passage 108b and passing through the heater unit 105 is distributed to the ventilation passage 124 and blows in the inside of the car interior.
