PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which has excellent standing stability, and exhibits excellent weatherability, stain resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance when formed as a film. SOLUTION: The polalkoxypolysiloxane monomer is novel and has a specific type of structure, and the coating composition is obtained by polymerizing (A) the polyalkoxypolysiloxane monomer, (B) a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer, and (C) a silicate oligomer.
