摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for solving problems involved in the prior art for machining plural wall bores in a tubular type workpiece, wherein the cited problems comprise difficulties in setting the locations of the bores in any given longitudinal and circumferential positions, expensiveness in manufacturing cost of the apparatus and in production cost of a metallic mold, and low degree of accuracy in absolute and relative positions of the bores. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a vertical driving mechanism 7 and a rotary driving mechanism 6 which facilitate workpiece holding devices to move vertically and rotatably respectively, a punch driving mechanism 4 to feed a punch holder forward and backward, and a die driving mechanism 3 to give a die holder advance and retreat motion, and is so constituted to machine a plural wall bores in a cylindrical section of the tubular type workpiece, by rotating the workpiece after each step of machining of any one of the wall bore in sequence, positioning, at every step of machining, the workpiece at pre-set position in terms of longitudinal and divided angular points and then moving a set of perforating punch and die in forward and backward directions.
