PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and closing an ice outlet for a vending machine is provided to fundamentally prevent minor leakage of the ice by completely shutting off the outlet of an ice generator, and prevent an ice inside the ice storage can from being molten down in advance by cutting out the flowing of the external air into the ice storage can. CONSTITUTION: In an ice discharging machine of a vending machine equipped with an ice cover plate (200) for discharging a certain amount of ice inside an ice storage can, the apparatus for opening and closing an ice outlet for a vending machine comprises a solenoid (160) generating power for opening and closing an ice outlet as power source is excited; a transferring rod (310) reciprocated according to the operation of the solenoid (160); a transferring plate (300) integrally connected to the transferring rod (310) for opening and closing the ice cover plate (200) for a certain time according to the operation of the solenoid (160); and an elastic member elastically restoring the transferring plate (300). |
