DRIVING PART STRUCTURE OF DRUM WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A driving part structure makes the driving force of a motor directly transmitted to a drum to reduce noise, hitch and energy waste. CONSTITUTION: A bearing housing(7) made of metal is installed on the center of a rear wall(200) of a tub(2) to be integrated with a the tub(2) made of plastics to support bearings(6a, 6b) installed on the peripheries on both sides of a shaft(4). Stepped protrusions(8a, 8b) are formed to support the front bearing(6a) and the rear bearing(6b) placed on the inner periphery of the bearing housing(7) not to be detached from the bearing housing(7). The shaft(4) has the rear end whose middle part is engaged with a rotor(13) constituting a direct connected motor(5).
