PURPOSE: A lithium ion polymer battery is provided which improves its stability and reliability by decreasing its badness rate. CONSTITUTION: The lithium ion polymer battery comprises: (i) a battery cell(20) where a positive plate(21), a negative plate(23) and a separator(25) are layered; (ii) a case(10) which accommodates the battery cell and electrolytic solution; and (iii) an insulating layer(30) which is placed on the inner side of the case to prevent short of the case and each pole plate, where the insulating layer is prepared by coating the inner side of the case with one material selected from polyethylene, polypropylene or teflon. |
