<p>PURPOSE: To make simply formable the circuit of a semiconductor integrated circuit, and to make stably operable this circuit even when the change of temperature or the like is generated, and to make easily measurable and settable the prepared semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a delay circuit string 112 in which the propagation time of backward and forward paths is set the same, and a switching period from the forward path to the backward path is controlled by a first control signal 101, and an edge signal is allowed to propagate back and forth when a control signal 103 is inputted. Also, this circuit is provided with a delay circuit column 212 in which the propagating time of the backward and forward paths is set by a prescribed rate, and the edge signal is allowed to propagate back and forth when a delay control signal 203 is inputted, and the switching period from the forward path to the backward path is controlled by a delay circuit string output signal 104 outputted from a delay circuit string 112, and pulse generating circuits 113 and 213 which generate pulse signals from signals outputted from the delay circuit strings 112 and 114.</p> |
