PURPOSE: The method and device for creating the patent map are provided to get an advantage over the technology competition between countries by utilizing the patent analysis for the trend of the technology development, the developing step of the core technology, and the promising technology of the future. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises the display section(300), the computer body(400), and the key input section(the mouse, the keyboard)(500,600). The control part(410) creates the project data file(423), the analyzed data file(425), the data information file(427), and the memo data file(429), and stores those to the data storage(420). If a user inputs the display control command, the control part creates the patent map based on the data and information, which is written on the project data file, the analyzed data file, the data information file, and the memo data file, and displays the patent map to the user . |
