PURPOSE: An account book process method is provided to enable general users to easily input account data, and then automatically construct the account book based on the input data so that it can make it easy checking a financial state of a company. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of allowing a user to select a deposit or a withdrawal, to select a temporary deposit, a deposit accepted from a buyer, a promissory bill, a bill discount or an account transfer in the case of the user selection of the deposit, to select a tax bill based withdrawal, a bank account withdrawal, a bill based payment or others in the case of the user selection of the withdrawal, automatically converting the input data into a credit account, a borrowed money, a promissory bill of receipt or other elements, allowing the user to select a transaction bank for referring the deposit or withdrawal state of the bank account, and automatically tagging an approval number to the bill or a transaction note. |
