发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ULTRA THIN GRAIN-ORIENTED HIGH SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ultra thin grain-oriented high silicon steel sheet is provided to increase the content of the silicon inside the silicon steel due to the iron evaporation by hot and cold rolling a silicon steel containing 4 wt.% or less of silicon, annealing the silicon steel at a high temperature and under the vacuum condition, thereby evaporating iron, and manufacture the silicon steel sheet having low core loss, low magnetostriction and high magnetic induction by decreasing the thickness thereof. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of first process (S101) of smelting a silicon steel containing 4 wt.% or less of silicon; second process (S102) of hot rolling the smelted silicon steel in the first process to a thickness of 2 mm or less; third process (S103) of cold rolling the hot rolled silicon steel in the second process to a thickness of 0.02 to 0.6 mm; and fourth process (S104) of forming {110}<001>Goss textures by annealing the cold rolled silicon steel in the third process at a temperature of 1000 to 1400 deg.C under the vacuum and evaporating the iron, wherein the silicon content inside the silicon steel is increased to 4 to 11 wt.% and a thickness of the silicon steel is decreased to 0.01 to 0.5 mm.
