HIGH WATER CONTENT SOIL-CEMENT BANKING METHOD

PURPOSE: A high water content soil-cement filling method is provided to utilize poor ground soil having high water content from a reclaimed land as a low-priced good filling materials. CONSTITUTION: 2-10 parts by weights of cement is mixed in the reclaimed land soil of high water content. The mixed soil is put in an agitator with a couple of mixing screws and cement is mixed evenly. Low cement contained high strength mixed soil is composed by discharging a mass of small, dry and hard earth. The soil has 0.5-2 kg/cm¬2 in shear strength. The high water content soil-cement filling method saves earth supplying and transportation costs.
