REWELDING COMPENSATING APPARATUS OF SPOT WELDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A rewelding compensating apparatus of a spot welding machine is provided in which the rewelding conditions are automatically set so that the quality is guaranteed when performing the rewelding due to the defects of the welding area. CONSTITUTION: The rewelding compensating apparatus comprises a welding machine (10) carrying out the welding for a time corresponding to a welding time controlling signal with a current value corresponding to the welding time controlling signal; a copper resistance detector (20) detecting copper resistance values generated during welding of the welding machine; an expulsion detector (30) detecting an expulsion generation probability and an expulsion generation time using copper resistance values detected from the copper resistance detector; a maximum copper resistance point detector (40) detecting a maximum copper resistance point generation time point using copper resistance values detected from the copper resistance detector; and a welding current and time setting circuit (50) calculating a rewelding current value or a rewelding time by obtaining a probability of the expulsion generation time point and a probability of the maximum copper resistance point generation time point, and using the expulsion generation probability, the probability of the expulsion generation time point or the probability of the maximum copper resistance point generation time point.
