PURPOSE: A roll forming impact beam structure gradually intercepts impact to absorb impact more securely. CONSTITUTION: An impact beam structure comprises a front plate(32) and a rear plate(34). The front plate(32) has a first perpendicular part(36) fixed to one end of an energy absorber(4) and having a flange(36a), a second perpendicular part(38) bended to reversed C-form and extended from the first perpendicular part(36) and a third perpendicular part(40) bended to reversed C-form and extended from the second perpendicular part(38) and having a flange(40a) symmetrically to the first perpendicular part(36). The rear panel has a first perpendicular part(42) fixed to one side of the first perpendicular part(36) of the front plate(32), a second perpendicular part(44) bended to C-form and extended from the first perpendicular part(42) and fixed to one side of the second perpendicular part(38) of the front plate(32) and a third perpendicular part(46) bended to C-form and extended from the second perpendicular part(44) and fixed to one side of the third perpendicular part(40) of the front plate(32). When a collision occurs, the second perpendicular part(44) of the rear plate(34) absorbs impact as well as the front plate(32).
