PURPOSE: A paper adhered rubber magnet sheet and its manufacturing method are provided to mold the thin rubber magnet. CONSTITUTION: The paper adhered rubber magnet sheet comprises a Barium ferrite, a Strontium ferrite and a plastic additive. The manufacturing method includes the steps of the first roll molding(S100) for forming the sheet type rubber, cutting the edges of the molded magnet(S110), the second roll molding(S120) for making the rubber magnet, the third roll molding(S130) for making the more thin rubber magnet, coating(S140) with the plastic material by spray method or roller method, heating(S150), the first cooling(S160) by a refrigerant, the second cooling(S170) by natural dry, magnetizing(S180), adhering(S190) the paper to the rubber, and cutting(S200) the rubber magnet.
