PURPOSE: Provided is a chewing gum containing a large amount of filler for easy cleaning up itself. The gum provides good taste and chewing texture because its flexibility and elasticity are maintained even though containing fillers. CONSTITUTION: A gum contains calcium of 2-20 wt.% or talc of 5-25 wt.% as fillers and sugar fatty acid ester having more than 10 of hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) and/or anionic surfactant as an emulsifier. The gum bases used in the gum are prepared by mixing vegetable resin such as natural chicle, polyvinylacetate, ester gum and iso-butylene polymer with wax, emulsifier, triacetin and calciumcarbonate or talc, using kneader.
