PURPOSE: A self-fusing insulating tape is manufactured integrally with polyethylene film so that separate PVC tape is not needed to reduce man-hours and cost. CONSTITUTION: A self-fusing insulating tape manufacturing method comprises a step to form butyl rubber composition by mixing butyl rubber with aluminum hydroxide, silica, carbon black, stearic acid, polybutane, a step to extrude the butyl rubber composition with an extruding machine in 98°C-102°C to form adhered composition(100) of thickness of 1-5mm, a step to apply and stick polyethylene film(200) to one side of the adhered composition(100), do sheet work and wind around paper pipe and a step to seize and cut the paper pipe with the sheet wound around.
