PURPOSE: A structure and a manufacturing method of high-strength concrete border block are provided to facilitate installation and to prevent the slide, surface exfoliation, crack, and damage of border blocks by enhancing abrasion resistance, strength, and freezing and thawing resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture border blocks comprises five steps. In a first step(100), the injection molding of mixed concrete is processed at a high temperature. In a second step(200), the molded concrete is cured. In a third step(300), the cured border block is dried at a temperature of 120 150°C by using a hot air heater or an infrared heater. In a fourth step(400), monomers for impregnation is cooled at a temperature of 0°C and below on the surface of the dried border block, and then impregnated naturally by the heat remaining during drying. In a fifth step(500), the impregnated border block is polymerized at a temperature of 70 100°C by using hot water or hot air and the infrared heater.
