PURPOSE: To avoid a concentration of an impact load to a shoulder portion of a little child in the case of backward child seat. CONSTITUTION: In a child seat constituted by mounting a back surface and a seat surface to a child seat body, the back surface is rotatably bonded to the child seat body and a lower end portion of the back surface is drawn to the seat surface side by an urging force of a spring material at the usual time. The back surface is rotated by an impact force overcoming the urging force at the time of applying the impact and is moved to a direction leaving from the seat surface.
