PURPOSE: A zero voltage and zero current switching full bridge DC-DC converter is provided to obtain a ZCS condition of a phase lead leg by using an auxiliary transformer. CONSTITUTION: A phase lead leg and a lagging leg comprising two switches to which reversible parallel diodes are connected are formed at the primary side of a main transformer(TM). The first and second diodes are connected through two taps to the secondary side of the main transformer to provide the current to the load. An auxiliary transformer(TA) is connected to the switches of the lagging leg and the main transformer. The first and second diodes are connected in parallel between the switches of the lagging switches and the auxiliary transformer.
